1. Overview

At SR Digital Leads, we strive to deliver premium digital marketing, web development, and strategy services that drive real growth for our clients. Because our services require significant research, resources, software licenses, and dedicated specialist hours, we hold clear guidelines regarding project cancellations and refund requests.

By engaging us for services or paying any setup deposits, you agree to comply with this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparent, collaborative terms for cancellations. Depending on the service type, the following cancellation guidelines apply:

  • One-time Projects (Web Development, Setup): Clients may request cancellation of a website build project at any time. If cancelled prior to launch, the client is responsible for paying for all milestones completed and hours worked up to the date of written cancellation notice.
  • Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, Social Media Retainers): Retainer services require a written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. If notice is received less than 30 days before the invoice period, the next billing cycle will be processed as final, and services will conclude at the end of that cycle.
  • Service Suspensions: SR Digital Leads reserves the right to pause or cancel any active campaign if the client fails to provide requested assets (e.g., login credentials, copy approvals) within 30 days, or if invoices remain unpaid for more than 15 days.

3. Refund Policy

Given the custom nature of agency deliverables, refunds are handled in a structured manner:

  • Project Setup Deposits: Initial deposits (e.g., 50% down-payments for Web Development) are fully refundable within three (3) business days of payment, provided no actual development, setup, or planning work has commenced. After 3 business days or once project kick-off has occurred, deposits are non-refundable.
  • Delivered & Completed Work: Once a project phase or monthly retainer period is completed and deliverables are submitted (e.g., code launched, reports compiled, ads run), no refunds will be issued for those periods under any circumstances.
  • Admin and Processing Fees: Any eligible refund will be processed minus any payment processor fees (such as credit card gateway fees) and third-party costs already incurred (such as domain registration, premium theme licenses, and cloud hosting setups).

4. Third-Party Costs & Ad Spend

Many of our services involve direct advertising platforms or hosting services. Please note:

  • Paid Ad Spend (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads): Ad budgets are billed directly by Google or Meta to the client's credit card. These funds go entirely to the platforms, and SR Digital Leads has no control over, nor can we refund, any ad spend consumed by these networks.
  • Software & Hosting Licenses: Purchases of website hosting space, domain names, API access, or premium plugins bought on behalf of the client are non-refundable once registered or deployed.

5. Requesting a Cancellation or Refund

To officially request a cancellation or submit a refund inquiry, please follow these steps:

  1. Send a formal email request to srdigitalleads@gmail.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request: [Your Company Name]".
  2. Include your billing contact, specific service details, and the reason for termination or refund request.
  3. Our accounts team will review the request against hours worked and software licenses purchased, and respond within three (3) business days with a detailed summary.

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days.
